Terms of service

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and provide a working email address.
• You are responsible for everything that happens in your workspace, including by members you invite.
• Only add websites you own or are authorised to measure, and present a privacy notice to your visitors as required by law in your region.

Trial and billing

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with every feature. A payment method is required to start it; nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends at no cost.
• When the trial ends, the plan you chose when starting it begins automatically. Plans are sized by monthly events across all sites in the workspace and billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices exclude tax.
• If you exceed your plan we keep collecting data and ask you to move up a step. We do not bill overage automatically.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If a trial or subscription ends without a plan, we keep collecting for 30 days and then stop. Data already collected stays in your account, within each site's retention period, until you delete it.

Refunds

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature, so you can try Onfus fully before paying. Because of that, payments are non-refundable: we do not refund monthly or yearly charges, renewals, partial periods or unused events. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends; to stop future renewals, cancel anytime from the billing page.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, the Service starts as soon as your trial begins. By starting the trial you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the Service has started. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including for charges made in error, which we always refund.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send data that identifies individual visitors (names, emails, ids) in event properties
• Measure sites with illegal content
• Probe, overload or interfere with the Service or other customers' data
• Resell the Service without our written agreement

"Unlimited" websites and team members are offered for normal use by one business and its own projects. They are not meant for reselling analytics to third parties, for adding sites in bulk that you don't operate, or for any use that puts a load on the Service far beyond typical customers. If an account goes well past that, we'll contact you first and may ask you to reduce usage or agree a custom plan; we may limit adding new sites until then. Monthly events are always counted and priced by your traffic step.

Your data

You own the analytics data collected for your sites. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete a site at any time, and ask us for an export or account deletion by email. For your visitors' data we act as your processor; a data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change features, and will give notice before any change that removes functionality you pay for or changes pricing of an existing subscription.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes are handled by the courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws and courts of your country of residence also apply where they give you more protection.
