Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Onfus ("we") for use of onfus.com and the Onfus tracking script (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and provide a working email address.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens in your workspace, including by members you invite.
  • Only add websites you own or are authorised to measure, and present a privacy notice to your visitors as required by law in your region.

Trial and billing

  • New workspaces get a 30-day free trial with every feature and no card required.
  • After the trial you choose a plan sized by monthly events across all sites in the workspace. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices exclude tax.
  • If you exceed your plan we keep collecting data and ask you to move up a step. We do not bill overage automatically.
  • You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.
  • If a trial or subscription ends without a plan, we stop collecting new data and keep existing data for 30 days before deleting it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send data that identifies individual visitors (names, emails, ids) in event properties
  • Measure sites with illegal content
  • Probe, overload or interfere with the Service or other customers' data
  • Resell the Service without our written agreement

Your data

You own the analytics data collected for your sites. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change features, and will give notice before any change that removes functionality you pay for or changes pricing of an existing subscription.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
